Happy Friday

Just a little funny to drop off this A.M. Hope you enjoy!

By the way .. what are your guys oppinions on this little quandary ... I use LJicons here .. I love them, have developed quite an addictions (most of you know what I'm talking about ;) ). Most of the places I grab them from ask to be credited for their creations ... which to me makes absolute sense ... if you use them at LJ, but I don't .. I use them here where there isn't an easy place to credit your images. So what do I do? Should I stop using the images (pout) or do I just snag ... tell the creator that I did that and keep using the pics? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks folks :)

Is there anything you can put on the side that can take a person to a page that has where the iccons came from and who made them?

I'd say keep using them unless someone totally tracks you down and sends a cease and desist letter....

I guess I can put a link to my source page and list the icons and creators there ... hmmm .. that's an idea. Of course now I have a collection of like 70 and don't remember all the people I got em from LOL ... Bad Me!

Here's a tip on remembering who made the icons when you save them...

When you save them on your computer, always be sure to add the creator's name. Say, if you're saving a Firefly icon, you may name it "Captain Tightpants by iconcreator," that way you'll always have that info attached to the pic.

:-) Hope that helps.

Thanks Caroline, Melisa .. I've actually started doing that. I've also put a link to my icons page in my profile on the sidebar ... So, now, whenever I add icons I make sure to credit the creator by making the pic a link to their site. I appreciate your input ... and I feel a lot less guilty now *grin* and I like that.
